Shayley Parks, Director of Quality


Prior to joining Virido in 2014, Shayley received a business management degree and worked in customer service in the call center environment.

As the Director of Quality, Shayley's responsibilities includes working with clients, creating scripts, managing and monitoring, process improvement, order entry and sales verification to name a few.

Shayley's day to day focus is with our various D2D agents, contact centers, and retail channels to ensure sales made are complete, provisioned quickly and that the customer is receiving exactly what they are expecting.

In her spare time, Shayley enjoys painting and is the proud mother of a set of twins and older son.

Fun Fact: Shayley was a featured artist and had a painting showcased at the Lakeville Art Center in Lakeville, Minnesota
